Great bakery cafe on the border of Westerpark. Sit-down eating with table service in a large naturally lit room with lots of plants. Food and drinks were great - they have home made bread, pies, soups, sandwiches. We ordered a coffee and a tea, a quiche, a pumpkin soup, an apple pie, and a Dutch pancake. Several vegan and vegetarian options. Food was very tasty. They also have a take away cafe right next door.
Food was delicious besides a cold soup however staff was simply bad. Three different interactions with three different waiters and they all seemed confused about why a patron would be asking them for something in their place of work. Scone with clotted cream was delicious though!!
We got seated almost immediately. The service was very friendly. We got drinks and food very quickly and the were both amazing. I never ate such an amazing breakfast.
It was good the scones like all the Bakkerswinkel in Amsterdam, but the bread was not so good today. The sourdough was not as great as the one in zuid. Bread was not toasted so not 5 stars like the one in Zuid en Central.
Very cosy atmosphere. The scone and cake were delicious. It also seemed they used something like beets to colour the cake, instead of food dyes, which we liked. The service was also quick and they were very friendly.
Nice coffee point at the corner of the main entrance to Westergasfabriek. Having quick pit stop with a family of five persons (take our part). Not a first time, no complaints at all. Quick, tasty, professional and friendly. Pets friendly. Seats outside are available.
We stopped here by chance for coffee and cake and it was a great experience! The mimosas were also very good. The outdoors sitting area was lovely, all the food looked amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I do have to come back to try the scones and high tea…
My sister and I had a long layover in Amsterdam and were so glad to have stumbled upon this place for breakfast before our flights. We ate every bite the food was so delicious. To top of off, every person working was so kind! Highly recommend, will visit again the next time we’re in Amsterdam!
